The commercial forms, contracts, and agreements that you have access to have been created over the past 30 years as a result of investing across the United States.
While I've invested many tens of thousands in legal fees to have these created, updated, and reviewed, my attorney tells me that I can only provide them as templates to get you 98% of the way there.

So here's some good questions to ask an attorney:
What's your background and experience with commercial real estate?
Can you review these to let me know if any provisions of this document violate or are not congruent with our State laws?
Are there any other provisions that you would recommend adding?
Can you tell me what the risks are, specifically, how much time do I have to decide whether or not I'm in or out of the deal?
What are the risks I should be aware of once I acquire a property using one of these documents?
